Shopvuga.com aims to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery within Kampala typically takes 5–10 business days, Upcountry deliveries take 7–14 business days, International shipping (Worldwide): 10–20 business days. Customers will be notified via SMS or email once their order is out for delivery.Customers will also receive a tracking number via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
