Refund and Return Policy

Shopvuga.com aims for 100% satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are only accepted for items in their original packaging, provided the return is initiated within 10 days of delivery date. Please note that shipping fees are non refundable, and digital or perishable goods are exempt from returns and are considered final sale.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at shopvugaofficial@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that we cannot accept return or refund requests once the 10 day window has passed. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Policy

Shopvuga.com aims to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery within Kampala typically takes 5–10 business days, Upcountry deliveries take 7–14 business days, International shipping (Worldwide): 10–20 business days. Customers will be notified via SMS or email once their order is out for delivery.Customers will also receive a tracking number via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

We use Shopify Inbox to provide live chat support. When you use the chat feature, we collect your name and email address to assist with your inquiry. This data is processed securely via Shopify’s servers.
